Where is Denia

Denia is a Town in the Comunidad de Valencia, in the province of Alicante, around 50 minutes from Alicante Airport. Denia has excellent road connections, with quick access to the AP7 and the N332 national highways connecting Valencia and Almeria.

Beaches

Denia has its own marina as well as the Balearia Port of Denia, from where you may take a ferry to Mallorca, Formentera, or Ibiza. To the right of the Marina, you may go along the Las Rotas neighborhood, which offers fish restaurants facing the pebble beaches. The Playa de Maria Casiana is the area's largest sand beach. Visit any of the beaches along the Carretera de Les Marines, which runs to the left of the Denia Port and stretches all the way to Cullera and Valencia. Along the shoreline, you'll find beach bars, restaurants, and Chiringuitos where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Restaurants: In Denia, you'll be spoiled for choice, whether you want to visit the El Magazinos  food hall, the Tapas Alley, Calle Loreto, the restaurants facing the Marina, or simply stroll along the Las Marinas beach for a quick bite to eat. Denia has a restaurant to suit everyone's taste and budget.

Golf Courses: The closest golf course is the La Sella Golf Club and Resort. There are three different courses to pick from. The "Llebeig," a 9-hole south-facing course with magnificent views of the Montgó and bordered by gorgeous pine trees. The "Gregal," a flatter 9-hole course with challenging water hazards, or the "Mestral," a north-facing 9-hole course with breathtaking views of the sea. There is also a 9-hole course in Javea, or you may drive 1.5 hours to Villamartin, which is close to Torrevieja and explore the Golf Courses there.

Shopping : Denia's shopping district includes the municipal market, as well as the weekly fruit and vegetable market, and a variety of boutiques and fashion shops, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The streets Marqués de Campo, Cop, Diana, Cándida Carbonell, Carlos Sent, Temple de Sant Telm, La Mar, Magallanes, Colón, and De la Va make up Denia's shopping district.

As you enter Denia from the N332, you'll find a plethora of Car Francises, Furniture, and other establishments.

If you're searching for something a little more, go to Ondarra's Centro Commercial, which also has a large Carrefour Supermarket as well as a Sports and Activities store, Decathlon 

Education : Dénia presently has ten educational centers for infants, elementary school students, and high school students. Six of the ten centers are public, three are subsidized, and two are privately run. In Dénia, there are ten educational establishments, one of which is completely dedicated to special education. There are a few other possibilities in the area as well.

Medical: Denia has its own Central Salud (Public - Centro de Salud Joan Fuster), which offers a 24-hour emergency clinic and is the first place to go if you have a minor injury, while you can go to the Denia Public Hospital and their own Emergency care unit for more significant health issues. Private Clinics with providers such as IMED and HCB are also available.

Supermarkets: Denia has a wide variety of supermarkets, including Consum, Mercadona, Masymas, and Lidl, as well as smaller stores.

Denia is a big city with neighborhoods to suit all tastes, including the Montgo, La Pedrera, Las Marinas, Las Rotas, and La Xara. 

Property: The majority of houses for sale in Denia are in various urbanisations (residential neighborhoods) that are calm and residential, each catering to different tastes, such as La Predrera, Las Rotas, and Las Marinas. The core of Denia is primarily made up of apartments, while original townhouses can still be purchased in areas of Denia's Old Town (Les Roques), which is only a short walk from the city center.

Climate: The World Health Organization has designated it as "environmentally excellent," with over 320 days of sunshine.
